Vitamin E
Vitamin E is good for you!!! Don’t let the school medicine convince you otherwise!!!
Including the last research there are a few things to keep in mind while taking vitamin E
1. Take natural vitamin E, when possible produced out wheat seed and not out GM soya
2. Take it together with food, especially oil, butter, nuts. The absorption when you don’t take it with food is really low, so you might leave it then.
3.when you taking dextra alpha tocopherol ,research shows that you lower the gamma tocopherol , so take as well gamma tocopherol extra , because that seems to be the one which is necessary to protect your heart and the endothelium of your arteries
4. Take enough! When you have a rheumatic disease, don’t take under 1000mg a day or you won’t see any result!
For which persons is it good?
When you take it together with Vitamin C it can catch free radicals, which should be one reason for cancer development .Free radicals are in the body when we are exposed to toxic substances. We breath them in while driving in the car or living in a town. We eat them when our toast is black and not brown. We eat them when eat a barbecue. We are confronted with them on a daily base and there is probably nobody who is not exposed to them more or less.
When you have a rheumatic disease it is for me one of the best remedies to lower the pain and better the movement! When it is not helping enough, what you will see for sure is that you can lower the intake of chemical medication.
For prostate cancer they found that in an early stage it is helping that the cancer is not growing anymore or at least slower, it is blocking a receptor which is necessary for the growth
They found in all diabetic 2 cases a lower Vitamin E level in the blood , so it might help to prevent diabetic, and when you have diabetic you should take it with Vitamin C and b-Vitamins to higher your chance to avoid damage of your nerves
When somebody got burned, in combination with vitamin C it seems to be helpful to tighten the cell membranes, so the water loss is not so big and you will have not so often multiple organ failure
For arteriosclerosis or before or after stroke or myocardial infarct it will help to prevent new incidents, it seems in such a case you should use especially the gamma tocopherol which has the ability to protect the endothelium of the arteries
The ‘Shutes’ did a lot of scientific research in this direction and used up to 7000mg for their treatments and there treatments included claudicatio intermittens, heart illnesses, angina pectoris and more or less all other problems of heart and circulation.
I found it helpful in a lot of cases to give a really high initial dose, perhaps up to 10 gram on the first day, I guess that is necessary to fill up the storage of vitamin E, and then go perhaps down to 3 gram for a few days. After that a dose of 1 gram a day should be enough, when there are not special reasons to keep to a really high dose.
Keep in mind that vitamins are connected with each other, so when you higher one vitamin it might be necessary to higher as well the other vitamins.
Vitamin E and Vitamin C can reactivate each other!
Warning : Vitamin E might lower your need for insulin because it can change blood sugar level
Vitamin E might make your blood thinner, careful when you take warfarin.
